About this fabric
Woven in 100% polyester and supplied as drapes only, Gilden Ice has a neat, small-scale texture that gives the surface a lightly speckled, almost pin-dot appearance in the light. The colour is a very pale ice grey with a cool blue cast, sitting softly between silver and mist rather than reading as a flat white. With a width of 140cm and a weight of 337 grams per linear metre, it has enough substance to hang smoothly while still keeping a refined, understated drape. The 1 vertical repeat and 6 horizontal repeat suggest a subtle woven structure rather than a printed pattern, which keeps the overall effect calm and contemporary.
How to use it
Use this shade where you want a room to feel brighter without introducing a stark white; it works especially well on clean-lined curtains and relaxed sheer layering. The cool grey tone suits pale woods, brushed metal and navy accents.
A crisp pale grey that keeps a room feeling light and tailored.

Pairs well with
Gilden Ice is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
