Eastcote Graphite

Essential Weaves Vol 3 FabricEWV3EASTCOTE

Eastcote Graphite has a tightly textured, softly mottled surface that reads as a cool graphite grey with a lighter silver-grey ground. The small-scale pattern gives it a restrained, contemporary look.

About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 3 collection, Eastcote Graphite is a drapes-only fabric with a composition of 68% Recycle Polyester, 26% Cotton and 6% Polyester. The cloth has a dry, textured handle and a busy, pebble-like surface that softens the darker grey marks against the lighter base. With a width of 142cm and a weight of 320 grams per linear meter, it is substantial enough to hang with body while still reading as a refined decorative textile. The 33cm vertical repeat and 23.5cm horizontal repeat create a subtle all-over rhythm rather than a bold statement motif.

How to use it

Use this graphite-grey weave for tailored curtains in scheme with pale walls, black accents and natural timber. Its cool, muted depth works especially well in contemporary or smart transitional rooms.

A cool grey weave that gives curtains a refined, modern finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
