Harlequin

Demoiselle Graphite/Almond

Demoiselle Graphite/Almond places finely traced dragonflies across a cool graphite-grey ground. Their pale almond wings stand out clearly, while the muted background keeps the overall impression composed rather than bright.

About this wallpaper

Each dragonfly is shown in delicate, highly detailed linework, with pale almond wings, dark outlines and warm tan detailing through the body. The large motifs are spaced across the grey ground and repeat vertically every 32 cm, with no horizontal repeat recorded. Supplied at a 52 cm usable width and 10.05 m standard length, this 154 gsm wallpaper is suited to creating a continuous illustrated wall treatment. The graphite tone gives the design a cooler, more atmospheric character than a warm neutral colourway.

How to use it

Use Demoiselle Graphite/Almond on a study, bedroom or compact feature wall where the cool graphite background can create depth. Echo the almond wings with warm ivory, stone or muted tan furnishings, and let the dragonfly linework remain the focal detail.

Use this cool graphite ground and almond dragonfly motif to bring detailed, quietly dramatic interest to a feature wall.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Demoiselle Graphite/Almond without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
