About this fabric

The cool ink-blue background gives this colourway a noticeably deep, evening-toned character, contrasting with the almost white, lace-like dragonfly wings. Fine black wing veining and antennae sharpen the illustrative detail, while the chartreuse bodies provide a narrow flash of yellow-green through each motif. This wallpaper has a usable width of 52 cm and a standard length of 10.05 m. Its vertical pattern repeat is 32 cm, with no horizontal repeat recorded, and the supplied weight is 154 gsm.

How to use it

Use it on a feature wall in a study, bedroom or cloakroom where the ink-blue ground can read as enveloping rather than bright. Pick up the chartreuse in a small cushion, lamp detail or painted accent, keeping surrounding furnishings pale to emphasise the wings.

Use the deep ink-blue ground to create a moody backdrop for pale upholstery, while chartreuse accents echo the dragonfly bodies.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
