About this fabric

The vertical bands shift subtly between lighter and darker graphite grey, creating depth without a high-contrast motif. Fine horizontal yarn lines are visible across the face, giving the cloth a dry, tailored texture rather than a smooth or glossy finish. At 425gsm and 138cm wide, it has the substantial handle expected of an upholstery fabric. The pattern has a 9.2cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat, making the stripe layout straightforward to position across upholstered forms.

How to use it

Use this cool graphite colourway on a structured armchair, headboard or sofa to introduce understated tonal striping. Pair it with pale grey, chalk white or brushed metal accents to reinforce its crisp, contemporary mood.

A substantial graphite-grey woven stripe for tailored upholstery, where its quiet contrast adds structure without overpowering the room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
