Delamere Red/Green

Blakewater FabricJ865F-01

Delamere Red/Green pairs airy cream ground with scattered umbel-style botanical motifs in soft red and sage. The design feels fresh and open, with a light hand-drawn look that keeps the pattern moving across the cloth.

About this fabric

Woven in a 50% linen, 40% cotton and 10% viscose blend, this fabric has a natural-feeling surface that suits relaxed decorating schemes. The repeat is approximately V 39cm / H 65cm, giving the floral sprays a generous rhythm across the width of the cloth. At around 130cm wide, it offers useful scale for curtains, cushions and statement upholstery pieces alike. The red notes are muted rather than bright, while the olive-sage stems and foliage keep the overall effect soft and slightly vintage.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring warmth to pale timber, painted cream joinery or a calm green scheme. Its soft red detailing reads especially well beside ticking stripes, rattan and informal country furniture.

A fresh botanical with a gentle country feel that works beautifully on windows or occasional upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
