Jaru Red/Multi

Azara FabricJ0069-01

Jaru Red/Multi brings a lively, hand-crafted rhythm to the Azara collection, with warm red accents threaded through a softly textured ground. The pattern reads as a layered mosaic of small geometric and feather-like motifs, giving the cloth a spirited, eclectic feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 67% viscose and 33% linen, this fabric has the look of a decorative mid-weight textile rather than a flat print, with visible texture in the ground and crisp pattern definition. The Red/Multi colourway combines coral-red, blush, ochre, teal-grey and cream notes, so the overall effect is warm and energetic without becoming overly bright. Its repeat is approximately V 33cm by H 35cm, which gives the design a regular, rhythmic scale across a 140cm width. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM, it is suited to interiors where pattern and colour are meant to do the work.

How to use it

This colourway works well on an occasional chair, banquette or cushions where the red notes can punctuate a calmer scheme. Pair it with plaster pinks, chalky neutrals or weathered wood to let the multi-tonal pattern feel collected rather than busy.

Use it for lively upholstered accents or statement curtains with a softly tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
