About this fabric

This colourway reads as a deep, warm red with darker marling through the weave, creating a nuanced surface that feels lively but controlled. It is a 100% polyester fabric with a width of approximately 140cm, and the repeat is 0cm vertical and 0cm horizontal, confirming the plain appearance shown here. The texture looks firm and finely woven, with the slight crosshatch effect visible in the image adding interest without introducing pattern. Care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact fabric. Its even colour saturation makes it particularly suited to clean-lined upholstery where the shade can do the work.

How to use it

Use this dark red on a sofa, accent chair or banquette where the colour can anchor a room with warmth. It pairs especially well with walnut, brass and deep neutrals for a smart, upholstered finish.

A rich, woven red that brings warmth and depth to tailored furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
