About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Asta Cobalt has an approx. 140cm width and a plain design with no vertical or horizontal repeat, making the surface feel calm and continuous. The close weave shows a subtle crosshatch texture, while the blue tone sits between denim and cobalt rather than bright primary blue. Its overall effect is smart but unfussy, with enough visual interest in the weave to keep the colour feeling layered. Care code C 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this muted cobalt to bring crisp colour to a neutral sofa, or choose it for curtains where the woven texture will soften daylight. It pairs neatly with pale oak, chalk white and charcoal for a clean, modern scheme.

A versatile blue with a quietly textured finish that works on tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
