About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric from the Atmosphere VII collection is composed of 65% Polyester, 25% Cotton and 10% Viscose, with an approximate width of 150cm and a repeat of V 46cm / H 30cm. In this colourway, the design reads as a pale misty blue with chalky grey notes, so the pattern feels light and weathered rather than crisp. The small broken marks sit close together across the surface, creating a subtle linear movement that catches the eye without dominating a scheme. It has an easy, relaxed character that suits interiors where you want texture and tone more than contrast.

How to use it

Use Mistra Blue to soften a room with white-painted woodwork, pale oak and cool neutrals, where its faded blue-grey tone can add depth without heaviness. It would sit well on blinds, cushions or a tailored armchair in a calm coastal or contemporary scheme.

A softly textured blue-grey that works well on tailored upholstery or airy drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
