About this fabric
This colourway reads as a pale, cool-neutral cream with just enough platinum depth to avoid looking flat. The visible weave has a subtle strié effect, giving the cloth a refined, lightly brushed appearance rather than a plain finish. Made from 69% recycled polyester and 31% polyester, it is a practical textile with a 14,000 rub test and a usable width of 139cm. At 327 grams per linear metre, it sits in a versatile mid-weight suitable for light domestic upholstery as well as drapes and blinds. The restrained tone and textured surface make it easy to layer into schemes without overpowering other materials.
How to use it
Use Alula Platinum where you want a quiet, tailored neutral that still reflects light, such as a pared-back armchair, Roman blind or full-length curtain. Its cool cream tone sits neatly with pale oak, soft greys and brushed metal finishes.
