Draco Danube

Comet Collection FabricDRACO

Draco Danube is a cool blue geometric with a finely dotted, diamond-like lattice that gives the surface a crisp, tailored feel. The shade reads as a deep denim blue with a subtle slate undertone, so the pattern sits quietly rather than shouting.

About this fabric

This fabric is composed of 74% Recycled Polyester and 26% Polyester, with a 140cm width and a 14000 rub test for light domestic upholstery, drapes and blinds. The design shows a small-scale geometric/abstract repeat, with tiny pale dots tracing interlocking diamonds across the cloth. In this colourway, the blue ground feels cool and slightly muted, while the lighter motif adds a soft contrast that becomes more apparent as the light catches the weave. At 350 grams per linear metre and 250 grams per square metre, it has enough substance to work confidently across seating and window treatments.

How to use it

Use Draco Danube on a compact armchair, bench cushion or Roman blind where its restrained pattern can read clearly. Pair the deep blue tone with pale oak, brushed chrome or crisp white walls for a smart, calm finish.

A cool, refined blue that suits tailored upholstery and elegant curtains alike.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
