About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Dakota Sesame is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 60,000 rub test and a 147cm width. The fabric has a lightly textural, linen-like appearance, showing pale sesame and ivory notes across a softly striated ground. Its 300gsm weight and 441g linear measure give it enough substance for tailored upholstery, while still working well for curtains and other soft furnishings. Made in Spain, it sits in the Plains and Textures category and reads as a warm, understated neutral rather than a stark white.

How to use it

Use Dakota Sesame to bring a soft, lifted feel to upholstered seating, especially where you want a light neutral that won’t feel cold. It pairs neatly with natural timber, chalky paint colours and layered taupes for an easy, polished scheme.
