Inka Stripe Pink/Multi

Canya FabricJ0287-01

Inka Stripe Pink/Multi pairs a warm cream ground with crisp vertical bands of colour, giving the design a bright, woven rhythm. The palette feels playful but still controlled, with pink, turquoise, green and rust accents standing out against the pale background.

About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric is composed of 63% linen and 37% polyester, with an approximate width of 126cm and a repeat of V 10cm / H 126cm, making the stripe run cleanly across the cloth. The visible ground is a soft cream, while the recurring bands mix zigzag pink, turquoise blue, green, rust and white for a lively, handcrafted look. Narrow check-like borders edge each stripe, adding definition and making the colourway feel sharper than a simple multistripe. The cloth reads as a versatile decorative fabric rather than a heavy upholstery textile, with enough structure for practical use and enough pattern energy to carry a room.

How to use it

Use it to bring colour to relaxed curtains, blind facings or occasional seating where the cream ground can lighten the overall scheme. It works especially well with natural timber, rattan and plain linens, letting the pink and blue notes act as the room’s accent.

Use on statement upholstery or full-length curtains to let the lively stripes and soft neutral ground balance each other.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Inka Stripe Pink/Multi without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
