Alaska Cream

Alaska Collection FabricALASKA

Alaska Cream is a smooth, plain cream colourway with a soft ivory cast and an even, low-contrast finish. The swatch reads calm and light, with just enough warmth to avoid looking stark.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Alaska Cream is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 45,000 severe contract rub test and a 146cm width. At 300gsm, it has enough substance to feel dependable while still appearing clean and unobtrusive on the surface. The colour seen here is a gentle ivory cream with a faint warm undertone, giving the plain finish a soft, luminous look rather than a bright white one. Its matte, uniform appearance makes it easy to use where a restrained, light neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use Alaska Cream to soften structured seating, window treatments or layered schemes where a pale neutral needs to feel warm rather than clinical. It pairs well with timber, stone and deeper accent colours because the cream tone stays quiet in the background.

A quiet cream that works neatly across tailored upholstery and simple drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
