About this fabric
This colourway reads as a soft, pale dove grey with a subtly mottled look that adds depth to the otherwise plain surface. Woven in 100% polyester, it has been specified for Severe Contract Upholstery And Drapes, and its 45,000 Severe Contract rub test confirms its hard-wearing character. The 146cm width and 438 grams per linear metre make it a substantial fabric with enough body for seating while still working neatly at the window. Because the shade is cool and lightly chalky rather than icy, it feels restrained and versatile rather than clinical.
How to use it
Use Alaska Dove on clean-lined sofas, banquet seating or padded headboards where its quiet grey finish can keep the room feeling light. It also works well for drapes against white walls, softened woods or deeper charcoal accents.
