About this fabric
This Ashley Wilde fabric from the Belvoir Collection is a drapes-only textile woven in 51% cotton and 49% polyester, with a width of 140cm and a substantial 302 g/linear metre weight. The design combines animal and botanical motifs: grazing deer, slender tree forms and horizontal bands of woodland texture repeat across the surface at a 73.5cm vertical repeat and 70cm horizontal repeat. In Hastings Charcoal, the palette is cool and dusky rather than stark, so the animals and trees sit softly against the ground, creating a layered, shadowed effect. The overall look is refined but conversational, with the charcoal ground giving the pattern a more tailored, evening feel.
How to use it
Use this charcoal colourway for full-length curtains, especially where you want pattern without bright colour. It pairs well with pale plaster, aged wood and matte black details, letting the grey tonal print read as rich and quiet rather than heavy.
