About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Dakota Collection, this fabric is made from 100% polyester and specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes. The swatch shows a cool grey ground with darker, brushed-looking flecks and horizontal shading that gives the cloth a lightly worn, linen-like character. With a width of 147 cm and a robust 60,000 severe contract rub test, it is built for demanding interiors while still keeping a restrained, contemporary look. The 300 g/sm weight supports its versatile use, and the texture visible in the image gives Dakota Smoke enough body for seating as well as a clean drape for curtains.

How to use it

Use Dakota Smoke where you want a calm, architectural neutral that won’t feel too stark. It pairs especially well with pale oak, black detailing, and layered charcoal textiles for a cool, polished room scheme.
