Dakota Ivory

Dakota Collection FabricDAKOTA

Dakota Ivory is a warm, softly weathered ivory with a gentle linen-like surface and subtle horizontal brushing. The colour reads clean and luminous, with just enough texture to stop it feeling flat.

About this fabric

This Ivory colourway shows a pale cream base broken up by fine, irregular tonal flecks that give the surface a lightly worn, textural look. Made from 100% polyester, it is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, so it brings practical durability as well as a polished finish. The 147cm width and 60,000 rub test make it well suited to high-use schemes, while the 300gsm weight suggests a fabric with enough substance to hold its shape beautifully. Its overall effect is restrained and warm rather than stark, with the texture catching the light in a soft, diffused way.

How to use it

Use Dakota Ivory to soften darker woods, stone, or painted joinery, where its creamy tone lifts the scheme without feeling bright. It works especially well in layered neutral rooms that need a calm, textured backdrop.

A softly striated ivory that feels calm and refined in either tailored upholstery or elegant drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
