Bordeaux Plain Linen

Eco -Friendly Ranges Fabric

Bordeaux Plain Linen reads as a soft warm ivory with a gentle raised damask effect. The matte ground and pale tonal pattern give it a calm, refined surface rather than a strong contrast.

About this fabric

This fabric is made from 100% BCI Cotton and comes 138cm wide, with a 38cm vertical repeat and 71cm horizontal repeat. In this colourway, the pattern sits tone-on-tone in warm ivory cream, so the scrolling damask detail is visible mainly through texture and light. The surface has a lightly tactile, linen-like look that keeps the design understated and airy. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for schemes where the fabric’s quiet relief and pale warmth are the main interest.

How to use it

This cream colourway suits interiors that need softness without brightness, especially alongside pale oak, putty, or stone tones. It works well for relaxed curtains or elegant accent upholstery where the textured pattern can catch natural light.

Use for tailored upholstery or soft drapes where you want a quiet, elegant finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
