Martinique Ivory

Origins FabricCCF0044-01

Martinique Ivory is a pale, warm-toned textile with a fine, closely woven surface that reads almost cream in the light. Its understated texture gives the plain colour gentle depth without introducing a visible motif.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a soft ivory ground with a tiny, even woven grid formed by the crossing threads. Its warm cream cast feels lighter and more welcoming than a stark white, while the fine texture prevents the surface from appearing flat. At 418 gsm, it has a substantial handle appropriate to upholstery applications. The fabric has a usable width of 140 cm, a standard length of 40 m, and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat.

How to use it

Pair Martinique Ivory with natural oak, pale stone and softly aged brass for a warm, calm scheme. On a sofa, headboard or occasional chair, its light cream tone can brighten the room while the close weave keeps the finish tailored.

Use this softly warm ivory weave to brighten upholstered seating while retaining a quietly tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
