About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, Portland Linen Flat is a versatile fabric with a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat. It is suitable for accessories, drapery and upholstery, with a Heavy Domestic upholstery grade, a Martindale rub test of 30,000, colour fastness of 5 and pilling of 4. In this colourway the stripe reads gentle and airy rather than bold, with warm cream fields broken by muted sage-beige bands and a fine vertical slub that gives the design its linen-like character. The narrow dotted border around the central stripe adds a subtle decorative edge without making the fabric feel busy.

How to use it

Use this soft neutral stripe on Roman blinds, relaxed curtains or an upholstered accent chair where the pale colour can brighten the room. It sits especially well with timber, putty tones and stone textures.
