About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 2 collection, this fabric is composed of 70% polyester and 30% cotton and is specified for drapes only. It has a width of 140cm, a vertical and horizontal pattern repeat of 2cm, and a substantial weight of 337 grams per linear metre (241 grams per square metre). In this colourway, the yellow reads soft and mellow rather than sharp, with a light golden cast that sits comfortably between fresh lemon and warm mustard. The small-scale woven texture catches the light delicately, adding depth across the surface without interrupting the calm, plain-looking appearance.

How to use it

This soft zest tone works beautifully at a window where you want colour without heaviness, especially against chalky white paint, pale oak, or warm stone. It also layers well with natural linens and muted greens for a sunny but grounded scheme.
