About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 2, Eldon Aquamarine is composed of 70% polyester and 30% cotton and is specified for drapes only. The fabric has a small-scale weave with a subtle 2cm vertical and horizontal repeat, creating a quiet, structured surface rather than a bold pattern. In this colourway, the aquamarine reads as a soft icy blue with a hint of green, lifted by the light and kept deliberately muted. At 140cm wide and 241gsm, it has enough body for elegant window dressing without looking heavy, and the 337gsm linear weight supports a fuller curtain hang. Country of origin is India, and rub test results are not applicable for this drapery-led fabric.

How to use it

Use this pale aquamarine on full-length curtains to bring a cool, coastal feel to white, stone or bleached timber interiors. It works especially well where you want colour that stays calm and luminous rather than bright.

A light, cool aquamarine that works beautifully for airy curtains and soft layering.
