Mercury Ochre

Glamour Fabric

Mercury Ochre brings a rich, reflective ochre-gold sheen to the Glamour collection. The surface reads as fluid and broken, with light catching across the folds to create depth and movement.

About this fabric

This Mercury Ochre colourway has a warm, muted gold tone with olive-leaning ochre notes and a glossy, crumpled surface that flashes lighter where the light hits. The abstract pattern sits across the cloth in irregular blocks and streaks, giving the fabric a painterly, molten look rather than a neat geometric one. It is made from 100% polyester and comes 140cm wide, with a 20cm pattern repeat, making the design practical to plan around on larger pieces. The finish feels decorative and lustrous, with enough visual texture to add interest even before it is made up.

How to use it

Pair it with walnut, smoked oak or deep bronze for a dramatic, jewel-toned room. Its warm ochre shimmer also works well against parchment, stone and soft taupe to balance the shine.

Use with warm neutrals and dark timber to let the molten ochre finish do the talking.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
