About this fabric
The fabric has a gently mottled grey ground, with fine tonal shifts that prevent the surface from appearing completely flat. Subtle vertical striations are visible through the weave, adding a restrained sense of movement without creating a repeating motif. At 300gsm and 144cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight option for both upholstery and drapery. The 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats make it straightforward to position across cushions, curtains and upholstered pieces.
How to use it
Use Alvar Mist to soften a cool contemporary room, pairing its pale grey tone with chalky whites, silvered woods and deeper charcoal accents. Its quiet texture also works well on relaxed seating or full-length curtains where the subtle tonal variation can catch the light.
