Loire Lavender

Verona Collection FabricLOIRE

Loire Lavender is a calm, pale lilac plain with a softly woven linen-cotton surface. Its cool, muted tone reads fresh and airy rather than sugary or bright.

About this fabric

Woven in India from 70% cotton and 30% linen, this plain from the Verona Collection has a natural-looking texture with a subtle crosshatch visible in the cloth. The 18,000 rub test and 340gsm weight make it a practical choice for light domestic upholstery, while the 142cm width also suits drapes and blinds. In this colourway, the lavender sits in a cool, misty register with a gentle grey undertone that keeps it understated. The finish feels relaxed and slightly chalky, which softens the colour and gives it an easy, lived-in elegance.

How to use it

Use Loire Lavender with bleached oak, brushed nickel and chalk white for a serene scheme, or pair it with deeper plum and pebble grey for more depth. Its airy tone is especially effective on blinds, cushions and occasional chairs where the colour can quietly lift a room.

A quiet lavender with a linen-rich look that works beautifully across upholstery and soft furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
