About this fabric

Woven from 70% cotton and 30% linen, Loire Jade has the dry, natural handle you can see in the subtle crosswise texture and matte finish. The 142cm width and 18,000 rub test make it suitable for light domestic upholstery, as well as drapes and blinds. At 340gsm, it feels like a reassuring mid-weight rather than a flimsy drapery cloth, which helps the colour hold its shape and depth. The shade itself is a pale jade green with a slightly greyed undertone, giving it a calm, coastal softness rather than a bright or tropical look.

How to use it

Use this jade tone to soften painted woods, pale oak and limestone finishes, or to bring a cool note into a sunlit room. It is especially effective as relaxed upholstery on an occasional chair or as blinds where the colour can filter daylight gently.
