About this fabric
From the Modena collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is woven in 100% polyester and specified for contract use, with an impressive 80,000 Martindale rub test. The swatch shows a vivid lime-yellow tone with a subtly striated, velvety texture that shifts from golden chartreuse to deeper mossy notes as the light moves over it. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and other treatments are available on request. After care is listed as Professional Dry Clean In situ or Washable @ 40°C, with further guidance in the pattern book. The overall effect is bold but usable, especially where a bright plain is needed without any visible pattern distraction.
How to use it
Use Modena Lime to lift a neutral scheme, especially on an occasional chair, banquette or statement headboard where its yellow-green glow can add freshness. It pairs well with charcoal, warm oak and crisp white for a cleaner, more contemporary look.
