About this fabric
This Meteorite colourway has the depth of a dark taupe-brown neutral, broken up by scattered pale highlights that give the plain a softly mineral, almost stone-like character. The surface reads as a tightly worked textile with a low, even texture rather than a flat dyed cloth. Made in 100% Polyester for contract use, it is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852 and has a high 80,000 Martindale rating. Professional Dry Clean in situ or washable at 40°C makes it practical for busy schemes where the colour needs to stay composed and understated.
How to use it
Use this shade on sofas, banquettes or headboards where a grounded neutral will sit comfortably with oak, walnut and dark metal finishes. Its cooler taupe cast works especially well with bone, stone and inky accent colours.
