About this fabric

This plain from the Maison collection is made from 100% polyester and is specified for heavy domestic use, with a high 80,000 martindale result. In this colourway, the tone sits between beige and taupe, with a cool stone cast and slightly darker shadowing in the texture that gives the surface depth. The back-coated fabric is supplied to Cigarette & Match BS5852, and the finish looks reassuringly substantial without appearing heavy or glossy. Professional dry clean in situ is recommended, so it suits schemes where a tailored neutral needs to stay practical as well as polished.

How to use it

Use Maison Stone on a sofa, armchair or banquette where its quiet taupe tone can soften stronger accent colours. It works especially well with walnut, brushed brass and warm off-whites, where the subtle texture can catch the light.
