About this fabric

Part of the Maison collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and carries a strong 80,000 Martindale rating for heavy domestic use. The swatch shows a warm pecan brown with mellow golden undertones, lifted by tiny flecks and a lightly mottled weave that softens the overall effect. Its surface looks dry and tactile rather than flat, so the colour feels layered and substantial on the fold. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it is well suited to practical upholstery schemes where a smarter, richer neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use this pecan brown on a sofa, club chair or banquette where you want warmth without going too dark. It pairs especially well with tan leather, aged brass and creamy linens for a calm, tailored scheme.
