About this fabric

Part of the Mimosa collection by J Brown, this plain colourway is woven in 100% polyester and specified for heavy domestic use, with a 40,000 Martindale rating. The swatch shows a warm copper brown tone with deeper russet and caramel movement across the surface, creating a mellow, slightly mottled appearance. Its texture reads as softly napped and tactile rather than flat, which helps the colour feel layered and inviting. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available upon request, it is a practical choice where a handsome, hardworking fabric is needed. Professional dry clean in situ, please refer to the pattern book for further care instructions.

How to use it

Use Mimosa Copper on an armchair, banquette or scatter cushions where its warm metallic-brown cast can enrich timber, leather and aged brass. It also works well as a cocooning accent against cream walls or olive and taupe schemes.

Pairs well with warm timbers and muted metallic accents.
