About this fabric

This colourway in the Kobi collection is a plain fabric with a lively, nubbly weave that softens its dark brown base and adds visual texture across the surface. Made from 100% polyester and rated to 40,000 Martindale, it is specified for heavy domestic use, making it a practical choice for everyday seating. The swatch shows an earthy rum-brown shade with cooler shadowed notes, so it feels substantial and understated rather than glossy or sharp. It is supplied back coated to cigarette and match to BS5852, and professional dry clean in situ is recommended for care. Other treatments are available upon request.

How to use it

Use Kobi Rum on sofas, dining chairs, or banquettes where a smart, low-contrast neutral is needed. Its deep brown tone works especially well with oak, walnut, tan leather, and muted bronze details.
