About this fabric

Part of the Kobi collection by J Brown, this colourway is a plain fabric in 100% polyester with a Heavy Domestic usage rating and a 40,000 Martindale result. The swatch shows a compact weave with a fine, slightly slubby texture that gives the ochre ground subtle movement across the surface. Its colour sits between mustard and amber, with a warm gold cast that feels grounded and inviting rather than bright. Supplied back coated to cigarette & match to BS5852, it is a practical choice where a smarter upholstery finish is needed.

How to use it

Use this ochre tone on an occasional chair, banquette or headboard to add warmth without introducing pattern. It pairs well with walnut, tan leather and muted greens, where the golden surface can lift the room.
