About this fabric

Part of the Mythica collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is designed for General Domestic use. It carries a 40,000 Martindale rub test, making it a practical choice for everyday upholstery, and it is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request. In the swatch, the ochre shade sits between gold and brown, giving it a warm, autumnal character that feels understated rather than shiny. The weave is visibly compact and lightly textured, which adds body and a tailored look to the surface.

How to use it

Use Mythica Ochre to bring warmth to a sofa, banquette or dining chairs, especially where the room already has timber, bronze or leather accents. Its muted gold-brown tone also works well with cream linens, olive greens and deep navy for a richer, layered scheme.

Pairs well with walnut woods, tobacco leather and warm neutrals.
