About this fabric
This plain from the Mythica collection is made from 100% polyester and is specified for general domestic use, with a 40,000 Martindale rub test for dependable everyday wear. In this colourway, the rust brown reads warm and shadowy, with subtle tonal variation that catches the light without looking glossy. The close weave and low-key texture give the cloth a calm, upholstered presence that feels practical and polished. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and other treatments are available upon request. After care is professional dry clean in situ, with further guidance in the pattern book.
How to use it
Use Mythica Rust on armchairs, dining seats or a sofa where you want a warm, grounded colour with a smart finish. It pairs especially well with tan leather, aged brass and dark timber, letting the rust tone add depth without overpowering the room.
