About this fabric

The colourway is anchored by rich chocolate brown, with darker espresso areas creating depth between the woven blocks. Subtle rust and taupe sections warm the design, while restrained blue-grey accents add a cooler contrast. Fine vertical lines run through each rectangle, giving the surface a dry, tactile appearance and making the pattern read as both graphic and textural. The medium-scale patchwork is clearly visible across the swatch, with softly irregular tonal variation rather than flat, uniform colour.

How to use it

Use Sekani Chocolate on a tailored armchair, ottoman or sofa where its warm brown depth can ground a room. Pair it with tobacco leather, aged timber and muted blue-grey or stone accents to draw out the quieter tones in the weave.

A richly layered chocolate ground with rust, taupe and muted blue-grey blocks, suited to tailored upholstery with visual texture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
