About this fabric

This colourway shows a subtle, clouded finish rather than a flat solid, giving the lilac shade extra depth and movement across the surface. Made from 100% polyester and specified for contract use, it offers a durable 80,000 Martindale rating and is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852. The weave has a slightly tactile, brushed appearance that catches the light in silvery-mauve flecks, softening the overall effect. After care includes professional dry clean in situ or washing at 40°C, with further guidance available in the pattern book.

How to use it

Use Modena Lilac on a statement armchair, banquette or upholstered headboard where its cool, smoky purple can sit alongside chalky neutrals and pale woods. It also works well with brushed brass or deep berry accents for a more dressed, contemporary look.
