About this fabric

This colourway sits in a dark aubergine violet range, looking almost plum-black in lower light and a little warmer where the pile or surface sheen catches the light. It is a contract fabric in 100% polyester, with a strong 50,000 Martindale result, making it suitable for demanding upholstery schemes. The plain design keeps the finish calm and contemporary, so the colour does the work rather than a pattern. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it is a practical choice for commercial seating and other high-use projects. Professional dry clean in situ is recommended, with further care details available in the pattern book.

How to use it

Pair this deep violet with walnut timber, smoked mirrors or brushed brass for a dramatic, tailored interior. It also works well as a statement upholstery tone against pale stone, warm grey or soft ivory walls.
