About this fabric

Part of the Odyssey collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is woven in 100% polyester and is specified for contract use. It carries a Martindale result of 50,000, making it well suited to hard-working seating and other high-use schemes. In this colourway, the beige tone sits between cream and sand, with a slightly heathered effect that softens the overall appearance. The surface catches light quietly rather than reflecting it, giving the cloth a smooth, understated finish. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and professional dry clean in situ is recommended.

How to use it

Use Odyssey Sand for banquettes, dining chairs or relaxed lounge upholstery where a warm neutral is needed without starkness. Its soft beige tone pairs neatly with oak, brushed metal and deeper accent colours such as olive, rust or ink blue.
