About this fabric
Part of the Osaka collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is specified for heavy domestic use. It carries a 40,000 Martindale rating and is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request. Visually, Sandstone reads as a muted, warm beige with a linen-like surface texture and a subtle tonal variation that gives the cloth quiet movement. The finish looks soft rather than glossy, making the shade feel grounded and easy to live with. Professional dry clean in situ is recommended, and the pattern book should be consulted for further care instructions.
How to use it
Use Sandstone on sofas, armchairs and banquettes where a warm, low-contrast neutral is needed. It pairs well with oak, pale stone and olive accents, adding softness without overpowering a room.
