About this fabric

Part of the Osaka collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is specified for Heavy Domestic use, with a 40,000 Martindale rub test. In this colourway, the weave reads as a warm rust brown with amber and toasted copper highlights, creating a layered, slightly heathered appearance rather than a flat solid. The surface has a chunky, nubby texture that gives it visual movement and helps the shade feel rich and inviting. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and professional dry clean in situ is recommended.

How to use it

Use Osaka Rust to add warmth to chairs, sofas or banquettes where you want a grounded, earthy tone with enough texture to hold interest. It pairs well with tan leather, dark wood and muted neutrals, especially in schemes that need a richer accent than beige but less intensity than red.
