About this fabric

This colourway shows a washed, watery blue with greyed undertones and a softly variegated surface that keeps it from reading flat. The 100% polyester cloth is specified for contract use and offers an 80,000 Martindale rating, making it a practical choice where durability matters. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it can also be professionally dry cleaned in situ or washed at 40°C, subject to the pattern book guidance. The finish in the image looks slightly brushed and diffused rather than glossy, which helps the lagoon tone feel calm and contemporary.

How to use it

Use Lagoon on tailored seating, banquettes or feature cushions where its cool blue-grey tone can balance timber, stone and pale neutrals. It also works well in contract interiors that need a restrained colour with enough depth to soften hard edges.
