About this fabric

This colourway shows a cool-leaning neutral base washed with grey, beige and faint lilac-brown shading, so the surface feels misty and lived-in. The visible weave has a fine, slightly pebbled texture that suits the contract specification and keeps the cloth looking tailored rather than glossy. Made from 100% polyester and rated to 80,000 Martindale, it is built for demanding upholstery use, while the back coating to Cigarette & Match to BS5852 supports commercial interiors. The washable @ 40°C care option and professional dry clean in situ guidance make it a practical choice where a soft neutral look needs easy maintenance. This is a plain from a large collection of 92 patterns, but in Heather the tone is what sets it apart: subdued, chalky and quietly variegated.

How to use it

Use it on banquettes, dining chairs or a clean-lined sofa where the heathered taupe can soften crisp architecture. It pairs well with pale oak, mushroom boucle and brushed nickel for a calm contract interior.
