Hector Pale Flax
Hector FabricF4697-26
Hector Pale Flax reads as a very light flax cream with a softly mottled linen surface. Its finish is calm and understated, with just enough weave texture to keep the colour feeling natural rather than flat.

About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, this Hector colourway has a dry, lightly slubbed look that shows the cloth’s texture clearly in the pale surface. The repeat is very subtle at V 0cm / H 2cm approx, so the design reads almost plain from a distance, with fine linear movement close up. At 139cm approx wide, it is a practical furnishing width for larger runs, and the neutral flax-cream tone brings a warm, washed quality to the fabric. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.
How to use it
Use Pale Flax where you want a quiet, airy base that won’t compete with patterned cushions or timber. It works especially well in relaxed country interiors, pale wall schemes and softly layered upholstery schemes.
A soft, versatile flax tone that sits quietly in layered neutral schemes.

Pairs well with
Hector Pale Flax is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
