About this fabric

Woven in a 45% Linen, 18% Wool, 17% Cotton, 12% Viscose, 8% Polyamide mix, this fabric has the character of a robust soft furnishing cloth with a natural, textural handle. The repeat is absent at V 0cm / H 0cm approx, so the look remains calm and uninterrupted across larger runs. In this colourway, the blue influence is restrained and weathered, sitting between dove grey and faded denim. The weave catches the light softly, which helps the shade feel composed and understated rather than cold. With a width of 147cm approx and BM fire compliance, it is well suited to made-up interiors where a refined, understated ground is wanted.

How to use it

Use Old Blue with pale oak, chalk white and brushed nickel for a clean, relaxed scheme, or pair it with deeper navy and charcoal for a more tailored result. Its muted tone works especially well on upholstered seating, Roman blinds and simple curtains where the texture can be seen up close.
