About this fabric

This colourway reads as a muted silver taupe, with a gentle blend of warm beige and cooler grey notes that shift subtly as the light moves across the surface. The visible weave has a linen-led texture with a lightly speckled, cloth-like finish rather than a flat, polished face. It is a plain design with no repeat, making the texture and tone the focus across the full 147cm width. The composition combines 45% Linen, 18% Wool, 17% Cotton, 12% Viscose and 8% Polyamide, which suits the fabric's understated body and softly tailored appearance.

How to use it

Use Durant Silver on upholstery, curtains or relaxed blinds when you want a neutral that feels composed rather than stark. Its silvered taupe tone pairs especially well with oak, chalky white, putty and dark bronze finishes.

A quietly elegant neutral that layers easily with limestone, oak and charcoal accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
