About this fabric
The colour reads as a softly muted cinnamon, balanced with beige and taupe rather than a strong terracotta or red. Fine light and darker threads create a softly mottled ground, while the small irregular vertical marks add texture without becoming visually dominant. With a substantial 439gsm weight and 144cm usable width, this textile is well suited to upholstery. Its pattern repeat is 7.7cm vertically by 4.8cm horizontally, keeping the design easy to place across smaller upholstered forms.
How to use it
Pair Yoruba Cinnamon with natural oak, aged brass and cream or oatmeal upholstery for a warm, layered scheme. Its subdued cinnamon depth also works well as a grounding fabric on a reading chair, banquette or upholstered headboard.
