About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke fabric has a quiet shingle-grey character, softened by warm beige undertones rather than reading as a cool silver grey. The close crosswoven texture is clearly visible in the swatch, giving the surface a natural, subtly tactile finish without a printed motif. Weighing 370gsm and measuring 137cm wide, it has a substantial presence for upholstery. The vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are both 0cm, so the plain weave can be positioned without motif matching.

How to use it

Use this pale greige taupe on a relaxed armchair, dining chair or upholstered headboard, pairing it with chalky whites, warm timber and muted stone shades. Its softly varied surface adds depth while keeping the room calm and understated.
